“The course clarified many questions I have asked myself if I was confronted with a situation. What is my role and where does my responsibility start and finish. What options do I have etc.”

“Being able to work through the content in my own time and online was super-efficient and effective as I work full time so couldn’t attend a course.”

“The information was very applicable and useful. More and more children are presenting with all sorts of challenging behaviours and it’s great to know some things to look out for.”

“I did not have a full appreciation of how important this topic was to our organisation. It has really opened my eyes and made me consider a range of topics.”

“It was easy to understand and complete making it valuable for the many sport volunteers within the community.”

“You’ve done a fantastic job of presenting the material in a variety of different ways to make it interesting and engaging but easy to absorb and remember. It’s snappy but gives you all the key pieces of information you need to know delivered in a thought provoking way. Very impressed with the course.”

“The course layout was well designed and easy to navigate. The topics were covered in enough detail, and I feel more comfortable about being able to identify and report if a child’s health and wellbeing is jeopardised.”
