Seminar Withdrawals and Non-Attendance
Should your circumstances mean that you are no longer able to attend you are welcome to transfer your registration to another person (please advise us so that we can amend our records accordingly). If a replacement isn’t possible then we will provide you with a refund (less a 15% administration fee), provided that we receive at least 10 days’ notice prior to the seminar. Any less than 10 days’ notice and we will only be able to provide a 50% refund of your registration fee. No refunds are available for cancellations in the final 24 hours prior to a seminar or for unnotified non-attendance on the day.
Withdrawals in the 24 hours prior to the seminar, and on the day of the seminar, who have not yet paid will still be required to pay the full balance of this account as per the provisions of the ‘Credit’ paragraph above.
In the unlikely event that the training does not go ahead, we will reschedule the seminar and offer a full refund to those who cannot attend on the new date.
