Cancellation Policy

Public Seminars Withdrawals and Non-Attendance: Should your circumstances mean that you are no longer able to attend you are welcome to transfer your registration to another person (please advise us so that we can amend our records accordingly). If a replacement isn’t possible then we will provide you with a refund (less a 15% administration fee), provided that we receive at least 10 days’ notice prior to the seminar. Any less than 10 days’ notice and we will only be able to provide a 50% refund of your registration fee. No refunds are available for cancellations in the final 24 hours prior to a seminar or for unnotified non-attendance on the day.

 

Public Seminar Cancellation: In the unlikely event that a public training does not go ahead, we will reschedule the seminar and offer a full refund to those who cannot attend on the new date.

 

Inhouse or Bespoke Seminar Cancellation: If an inhouse or bespoke training is cancelled by an organisation 30 days or more prior to a scheduled event, then we will provide you with a refund (less a 15% administration fee). 10-29 days out from events we will provide a 50% refund. No refunds are available for cancellations less than 10 days.   If travel arrangements have already been purchased and are non-refundable these will also be charged.
