Safe Organisations: Safer Children
This course will help you learn what it takes to be a child safe organisation and how to create the conditions for that within the place you work. This course helps you with how to embed the protection of children into the organisation’s culture, so that it is understood, accepted and acted upon by everyone. Another word for this is safeguarding. Safeguarding is about identifying risks early and taking mitigation action – BEFORE it becomes a child protection issue.
